Distinction for New Job Creation in the IT industry

Data Communication, top software company in Greece & Microsoft Gold Partner, has been awarded  the "Alliance For Digital Employability" award for its dynamic contribution to job creation in the IT industry.

The prize was received by Mr. Panagiotis Vassiliadis, Data Communication's President & CEO, and Ms. Nasia Skountzou, HR Manager, at a special award ceremony held on Thursday, September 13, 2018, at PeopleCert Innovation & Excellence Center.

Data Communication is constantly investing in talent, by selecting experienced, highly trained executives as well as young people giving them the opportunity to start their career, upgrade their skills and professionally develop in a company investing in innovation, technology, continuous training and development of the individual skills of each employee. It is worth noting that Data Communication has been repeatedly awarded as Great Place to Work, with 6 national and 2 European distinctions in the Best Workplaces competition.

Note that AFDEmp is a voluntary initiative that supports young people in the IT field. A key focus of the program is to train young job seekers in skills that are critical to the industry, aiming to create 500,000 new IT jobs in Greece over the next decade.
