Lysys has a clear international focus on technical projects by undertaking the initial design and technical support at a central level through its subsidiary in Greece.

In this context, it sought a modern ERP system capable of:

• integrating all project monitoring and management processes at international level
• ensuring full and timely monitoring of the critical parameters for the proper and productive operation of all company's activities in Greece and abroad

To meet the above requirements, Lysys chose Data Communication as a reliable partner with long experience in implementing relevant projects. Microsoft Dynamics NAV - InnovEra (ERP) has been chosen both for Microsoft Dynamics NAV advanced capabilities as well as the best Greek business practices incorporated to the solution by Data Communication.

In particular, the following were implemented:

• Use of functionality provided for monitor trade, procurement, financial management and project management
• Budget Monitoring, annually and monthly, for purchases, sales and projects, with an option of creating alternative scenarios of possibilities - Displaying comparisons between actual and budget sizes
• Full Profit Tracking, Project Contracts and Automation of Pricing Procedures (project design based on budget sizes, costing work through the Resources functionality)
• Development of a Web Time Sheet Portal for the submission and approval of work and account notes related to the projects implemented by the Group's subsidiaries
• Integration and two-way communication with Microsoft Dynamics NAV - InnovEra
• Data migration from the previous system (e.x. inventory of securities receivable – accounts payable, fixed assets, serial numbers, etc.)
• Taking advantage of Microsoft Dynamics NAV Inventory Replenishment
