In 2006, the company commenced business acting as distributor for Bayer Hellas and its primary focus was and continues to be the provision of high level quality services to our partners.

Business Challenge

The solution

Due to the limited solutions available in the Cypriot market, Novagem has contacted its main partner in Greece, Bayer Hellas, for its assistance in this research.

 

As a result of this collaboration, Novagem contacted Data Communication (DC) for its extensive experience in implementing CRM solutions specifically for the pharmaceutical market.

 

Pharma CRM Accelerator ™, an integrated, vertical Sales and Marketing Management solution specifically for the Pharmaceutical Industry, which DC has developed was chosen. The solution is based on the world-class Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Relationship Platform, utilizing all its technological and functional features, while being distinguished for its specialized functionality in the IMPACT Bite Awards competition, in the "Specialization in Business Sectors / Pharmaceutical Organizations" (2013).

 

The project was implemented in a very short period of time. The overall project included, among other things, initialization of the system by transferring data from existing data sources and systems, and an ERP system (ERMIS ERP).
